Refund & Returns Policy
At Dignity Wellness, your comfort, confidence, and satisfaction are important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or where the protective packaging has been damaged.
We will gladly assist if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- The product is defective.
- The product was delivered with a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened sanitary pads
- Opened pantyliners
- Opened feminine wellness products
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Used products
Unless the item is defective or supplied incorrectly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We'll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
